Utility box on street corner with historical scene of children wading in Duncan Creek

The latest utility box graphic is on the corner of Rushman and Grand Ave, next to site of the old Mason Shoe Factory. However the scene depicted is Duncan Creek in Irvine Park. I am wondering though, “Isn’t it backwards?”
